The Council on Aging is located in the Carlisle Town Hall, and supports all of the town’s elderly. Donations to the COA are handled through the Friends of the Council on Aging, P. O. Box 38, Carlisle, MA 01741. The COA efforts are funded by the Town of Carlisle, grants, fund raisers, and public donations. Please print personal information below.
