The Carlisle Fire Department is an all call (paid) department and has a Part-Time Chief, Deputy Chief, Captain and two Lieutenant's. In addition there are 10 regular firefighters and 12 auxiliary firefighter. 15 of our personnel are State certified emergency medical technicians and 14 have attained certification at the Firefighter I/II level. The department maintains minimum staffing of 3 firefighters and an officer on-call at all times.
Among services provided by the department are fire prevention and suppression, investigations and inspections, emergency medical services, and public education.
