Endorsement of plans for five (5) Common Driveway Special Permits under Sec. 5.4.4 of the Carlisle Zoning Bylaws, off Hanover Road (Hanover Hill Definitive Subdivision, Map 19, Parcels 37, 39, 40 & 41 and Map 20, Parcels 9 & 10A), approved 6/9/08.
Request for approval of a field change that would replace a portion of the drain pipe specified as ‘RCP’ (concrete) in approved Definitive Subdivision Plans and Common Driveway Plans for Hanover Hill with ‘CPP’ (HDPE – plastic) pipe, subject to review by Board’s consulting engineer.
