9:30 Review of recommendations by Jon Witten, AICP, Esq., regarding the revision of the Carlisle Zoning Bylaws and various board’s Rules and Regulations to establish a comprehensive set of regulations and/or a land use and development bylaw
Preparation of Request for Proposals for Personal Wireless Communications Facilities on Town-owned land [Broadcast Signal Lab – Planning Board/joint subcommittee] (motion to go into executive session may be entertained)

Request for copy of Town’s GIS 2004 data sets (Requests of Applied Geographics, Inc. and NStar)
Discussion of resources required for 2011 update of Carlisle Open Space and Recreation Plan, including maps (Request of Conservation Commission)
New Business
Review of further amendments to Rules and Regulations for Accessory Apartment Special Permits, as recommended by Town Counsel
Designation of Planning Board representatives to a committee charged with the responsibility of revising and resubmitting Carlisle’s Affordable Housing Plan, to be completed prior to October 2010.
