Review of recommendations by Jon Witten, AICP, Esq., regarding the revision of the Carlisle Zoning Bylaws and various boards’ Rules and Regulations to establish a comprehensive set of regulations and/or a land use and development bylaw
Preparation of Request for Proposals for Personal Wireless Communications Facilities on Town-owned land [Broadcast Signal Lab – Planning Board/joint subcommittee] (motion to go into executive session may be entertained)
Old Business
Report and recommendations on proposed amendments to Section 5.9 of the Zoning Bylaws, Personal Wireless Communication Facilities, to add priority rankings for wireless facilities preferred by the Town, and other matters. (Planning Board)
Discussion of presentation of Wireless Bylaw article to Town Meeting
Report and recommendations on proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws, Sections 3.2.1.11 and 4.6 for Solar Power Generation, and the addition of new Section 5.10, Wind Energy Conversion Systems, to establish standards for the location and dimensions of alternative energy generation facilities as a residential accessory use. Designation of Planning Board representatives to a committee charged with the responsibility of revising and resubmitting Carlisle’s Affordable Housing Plan, to be completed prior to October 2010
