8:30 Report on proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws, Sections 3.2.1.11 and 4.6 for Solar Power Generation, and the addition of new Section 5.10, Wind Energy Conversion Systems, to establish standards for the location and dimensions of alternative energy generation facilities as a residential accessory use.
