Hearing
Conducted with the Police Prosecutor, the Defendant, and the Clerk of Court. The Clerk is looking to see if there is probable cause in the case. If so, the Clerk issues the complaint and it goes in front of the Judge.
Summons – Arrest – Formal Charges are brought before the Court.
