BROWSING PROGRAMS
To simply look through the programs available for registration you can click on the link at the top left hand side of the Registration page.
SETTING UP YOUR FAMILY ACCOUNT
Each family is encouraged to create their own family record, including all family members. By entering the birthdate of yourself or a child you can select to view only those programs that are age appropriate. You can also enter in any special accomodations, needs or concerns for each member of the family. It is also important to enter the Emergency Contact information (name, phone) in the space provided.
REGISTERING FOR PROGRAMS
To register for a program, you first need to determine which family member you are registering for! Choose "Family Members" from the left hand navigation area. The screen will display all the members of your family. Click on Register next to the one you want to start with. Remember, by selecting the family member first, only courses that are age appropriate will be displayed making registration
simpler.
When viewing the available courses, simply click on Register [name] to add that program to your "shopping cart". You can then proceed to check out or continue registration for that family member or select another family member. When you have selected all the programs you desire, Proceed to Checkout.
CHECKING OUT
With Carlisle e-Registration you will be able to select the programs for all family members and complete the registration by entering the number of the paper check you will be mailing or bringing in with your registration form. Remember, your registration is pending until we receive your check. If we do not receive your check within 5 business days we will release the registration.
REGISTRATION FORM
Before completing the registration it will be necessary to verify that you have read the Hold Harmless Agreement and Privacy Policy. Once complete then you will be able to choose a printable version of the form to save for your records and as a reminder. We recommend you print two copies, one for yourself and one to bring/mail in with your check.
If you are registering for a Summer Program, you will need to download some important forms to bring to the first day of the program. The forms are found in the Parent Handbook. You can find the handbook with these forms, by going to the Town of Carlisle Recreation website or click on the link below.
SUMMER PROGRAM PARENT HANDBOOKS
