1. Olde Home Day: Ideas
2. Annual Report: Review of 2008 activities for the annual report.
3. Recycling Promotion: Instituting “100 % Participation” recycling in town.
Slogan for the new campaign and “Proclamation” for selectmen to formally approve. Rob will prepare letter to selectmen and scheduling with selectmen.
It was suggested that the recycling committee also develop a mission statement.
4. Town Website: Dan: Ed Field updated the old site and Dan will have Madonna link new Town site to recycling at old site.
5. New members: New members are needed. Mosquito article.
6. Recycling at Village Court (Senior Housing): Rob will follow up with Bob Wallhagen/Town hall/COA Board.
7. Pass-It-Forward Day: Enhancing coordination among groups.
Next Meeting: , 2009 at 7:15 P.M. in the Hollis Room at the Gleason Library. Dan will reserve the room and post the meeting in the Mosquito. Rob will post the meeting with the Town Clerk at Town Hall in advance.
