The Towle Land Draft Management Plan has been completed and is available for public review. It can be viewed by clicking on the link here or by viewing the hard copy at the Town Hall Conservation Office or at the Gleason Library. The Conservation Commission will consider this plan for approval at an upcoming meeting. Please check the Commission's agenda for details regarding the public hearing.
The Baseline Assessment, Appendices, and Photo Appendix for the Town Forest has been
completed and is available for public review. The Land Stewardship Committee is developing baseline assessments for town-owned conservation lands to document the current condition and assemble available information about the property. The management planning process is conducted after the baseline assessment has been established. A copy of the baseline assessment developed for Town Forest can be downloaded from this site or viewed in hard copy at the Town Hall or Gleason Library.
