Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Task Force
The ADA Task Force allocates funding and makes recommendations for conforming to Americans with Disabilities legislation.

American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Committee

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee meets early in the year to coordinate with the contracted independent auditors prior to the Town audit.

Cable Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Cable Advisory Committee is to negotiate contracts with cable providers and to address other issues related to the provision of Internet and cable television.

Friends of Center Park
The Center Park Standing Committee provides general oversight of the Carlisle Center Park.

Conservation Restriction Advisory Committee
The Conservation Restriction Advisory Committee (CRAC) advises the Town on the acceptance of new conservation restrictions (CRs) and monitors those CRs held by the Town.

Deer Committee
The Deer Committee working group will collect information about deer hunting programs from other towns, land trusts and agencies such as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service which currently allows hunting on the refuge and establish a proposed policy as to how deer hunting might be implemented in the Town of Carlisle.

Municipal Facilities Committee
The Municipal Facilities Committee shall be responsible for investigating and advising the Town regarding the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance alteration or enlargement of all buildings and facilities owned by the Town or constructed on land owned, leased or operated by the Town.

Scholarship Advisory Committee
Scholarship grants from the Caroline E. Hill Fund are available to Carlisle's current high school seniors and college students for any type of continuing post-secondary education including colleges and universities as well as trade and vocational schools. The Board of Selectmen awards the grants upon the advice and recommendation of the Scholarship Advisory Committee.

Senior Tax Advisory Committee
The purpose of this committee is to implement and administer the Senior Citizen Real Estate Tax Voucher Program and the Aid to the Elderly and Disabled Fund.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Board ensures that the Town maintains an effective personnel system and monitors the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and practices. The Board formulates and reviews the classification and compensation plans, evaluates and classifies positions, and reviews requests for reclassification. The Board also provides advice and assistance to the Personnel Administrator, Appointing Authorities, Supervisory personnel, and employees on all aspects of personnel policies and practices.
