The Carlisle Board of Health has adopted a Town of Carlisle Hauler Regulation for any commercial waste haulers hired to collect waste in the town. The regulation became effective July 1. If you have hired a third-party commercial hauler, you must notify the company of this regulation and the need to apply for a permit.
