IMPORTANT TRANSFER STICKER PURCHASE UPDATE:
Starting Monday, July 1, 2024 stickers must be purchased online at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/CustomerInfo.aspx?Customerid=528.
They must be picked up at the Police Station (41 Lowell St). Please bring your confirmation receipt when picking up your sticker. (Printed or emailed receipt are acceptable.)
Transfer Station Stickers are valid for the calendar year. Access to the Transfer Station will be denied without a valid sticker.
The Transfer Station is only for the use of Carlisle residents for trash and recycling which originates in residences located in Carlisle due to normal household activity. The facility also accepts food scraps from Carlisle residents for composting. Use is restricted to passenger cars and privately owned vans, pickup trucks, and trailers with the required, current identification sticker permanently affixed to the front bumper (driver side) or displayed in an alternative manner acceptable to the DPW. No vehicle with a capacity greater than 5 cubic yards may dispose at the Transfer Station.
