Public Notification of Abandoned/Unclaimed Checks

The Town of Carlisle is required by law to publish its list of unclaimed vendor checks under Mass. General Laws, Ch. 200A, Section 9A. View the list of Unclaimed Checks to see if your name is on the list. If you find your name print and fill out the claim form. Return the original signed form to the Treasurer's office either by mail, in person, or email to taxbills@carlislema.gov, and once the information has been verified we will reissue a check. Please tell your friends and neighbors to check this out!
