Police reports and log entries can be requested via the email address reports@carlislepolice.com. Please provide any information including names, dates, and addresses relative to the request. You can use this form to make your request.
Reports can be emailed, sent thru USPS mail, or you may pick up in person at the station. Please indicate your delivery preference with your request.
Massachusetts General Law allows for ten business days to respond to a public records request. It is our goal to make every effort to provide reports as soon as possible.
