Tax bills are mailed quarterly and due August 1st, November 1st, February 1st, and May 1st. Do not send correspondence with your payment because payments go directly to the Tax Collector's Office for bank deposit.

A New Homeowner Form (PDF) is available from either the Assessor’s or Tax Collector's Office. Upon receipt of the deed from either the owner or Registry of Deeds and after the next January 1st assessment period begins (Bills due the following August 1st), the bills will be issued in the new owner’s name.

Yes. Simply click on the “Online Bill Payment” link and follow the instructions. Please note that the bank assesses a processing fee per transaction; The Town does not receive the fee. The fee schedule can be found on the main page of the online bill payment site.
The online payment is only available up to the original due date of the tax and partial payments are not allowed. Thereafter, please contact the Office for additional interest charges and instructions on where to mail your payment.
