2. Use this form to apply for additional or replacement Transfer Station permits. 

   You must have purchased at least one 2026 Transfer Station permit. 

   All requests for more than two permits per household will be reviewed by Town Staff or the Transfer Station Action Committee.

   No commercial dumping is permitted at the Transfer Station. 

   If your vehicle is temporarily unusable, you may apply for a temporary permit for no cost. Temporary permits are valid for three months. Call Gretchen Gallimore 978-369-6136 or email ggallimore@carlislema.gov for options.
