The Region 4AB Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Coalition consists of 60 local Boards of Health and Health Departments in Metro Boston. The Coalition collaborates to plan for public health emergencies, train staff on preparedness concepts and capabilities, and conduct drills and exercises to evaluate and improve response readiness.
